WARN-O: The Mercedes-Benz Arocs 3245 has hit the LEGO store...
I plunked down my order tonight to ensure I get one, but I am _planning_ to exhibit great restraint and wait until the Christmas Break Holiday to build it. It’s a bit of a personal tradition that started when I was a young lad a few moons ago...

I have been cramming my models onto this one bookshelf... No more room for the VW bus, or Cargo Plane (although the latter should be hung from the ceiling)... The solution I am working on is to built a shelf around the perimeter of this room 6ft off the floor for the LEGOs and use the bookshelf for.... books...

Sick shelf! Would love this model but not sure how it would look on the shelf with my Unimog, considering they’re both Mercedes and both pick things up.

The U400 and the 3245 Arocs are built in different scales. The 3245 Arocs model is similar in scale to the wrecker, log truck, and knuckle boom truck... It is neat to see all of the different LEGO TECHNIC scales represented on the shelf. You can’t see it easily, but there is a small white/blue racecar in the bed of the U400 (8216, Turbo 1)... Fun stuff...
Also not pictured: My yet-to-bebuilt BTTF Delorean...
I need to build this shelf system before the holidays.

I had that little racecar as a kid. I’m now hankering for my Legos and want to buy more sets. Hopefully when I settle in one location I’ll start buying some big sets.
